The 10-second manometer leak test
Do this every morning before the first burner lights.
Open the regulator
Turn the lever to ON. Keep all stove knobs OFF.
Pressurize the line
Tap the gauge button twice to fill the hose and stove line.
Close the regulator
Turn the lever back to OFF, sealing the line.
Watch the needle
Steady for 10 seconds = airtight. Dropping = leak. Don't light up.
